1 Fennel
2 Carrots
1 Broccoli
1 pack Tofu
Cashews
150g Chickpea pasta
Virgin Olive oil
Himalayan salt
Chop the vegetables and the tofu. Fry the vegetables in olive oil with a pinch of Himalayan salt, add the tofu towards the end.
In the meantime
Cook the chickpea pasta. Serve the dish with cashews and Himalayan salt.
