Turmeric Cauliflower and Chickpeas

1 Cauliflower

Himalayan Salt

Ground Ginger

Turmeric

Garam masala

Olive oil

Vegan cheese

1 tin chickpeas

Preheat the oven to 200c. In the meantime brake the Cauliflower into florets and slice the florets. Put the Cauliflower on the oven tray, drizzle it with olive oil and add the spices, roast the dish for approximately 30min. Then add the chickpeas and sprinkle grated vegan cheese on top. Put back in the oven until the cheese has melted. Serve with Himalayan salt
