Tomato Veggie Mince

6 Vine Tomatoes

1 small red Pepper

1 large red Onion

250g Butter mushrooms

1dl soy mince (dry)

1 fresh Basil

140g Tomato puree

2 tsp dried oregano

150g Chickpea pasta

Vegan Cheese

Black pepper

Himalayan salt

Roughly chop the tomatoes.
Soak the soy mince in water with a veggie cube.
Chop and fry the onions, mushrooms and pepper in olive oil. Add the tomatoes, tomato pure and soy mince. Sprinkle Himalayan salt and Oregano over the dish, simmer till sauce has a nice texture.
Serve the dish with Chickpea pasta, fresh Basil, grated vegan cheese, Himalayan salt and black pepper.

In the meantime

Finally chop the Basel leaves and place in a bowl.
Cook the Chickpea pasta
Great the Vegan Cheese and place in bowl.

Tip:If you aren't a vegetarian, ox cube will add extra flavor to the dish.
