Sweet Potato and Goat cheese
100g Goat cheese
1/2 Sweet potato
1 dl Quinoa
1 tsp Miso
Rosemary
Lettuce
Himalayan salt
White pepper
Black pepper
Bake the sweet potato in the oven at 250c, for approximately 60mins. Cook the quinoa with miso and the other spices. Slice the goat cheese and tear up the lettuce. Serve with Himalayan salt and Black pepper.
Tip: If you wish to speed up the process, chop the sweet potato into quarters.
