Spinach and Goat cheese
150g Spinach
1 pack spreadable Goat Cheese
1 dl Soy mince (Dried)
2 dl Quinoa
Dried Mint
Olive oil
Himalayan salt
Onion powder
Cook the quinoa. Mix the soy mince with boiling water and add the spices. Add Himalayan salt to flavour. Blanch the spinach. Serve the dish with the spreadable goat cheese on top.
