Spinach and Edamame
50g Spinach
100g Edamame pasta
1 1/2 dl Cashews
Virgin olive oil
Himalayan salt
Crush the cashews. Cook the Edamame pasta. Lightly fry the spinach in olive oil.
Serve with black pepper and Himalayan salt.
