Pulled peas with Spinach and Quinoa
1 pack Pulled peas or other meat substitute
1 Bag of frozen Spinach
2 dl Quinoa
1 Vegetable stock pot
Himalayan salt
Cook the quinoa with the stock pot. When the quinoa is nearly done fry the pulled peas for 5min. Blanche the spinach. Serve with Himalayan salt and enjoy.
