Pulled oats spinach taco

1 pack Pulled oats

1 pack Tacos

200g Spinach

250g Mushrooms

Oatly Fraiche*

1 Red oninon

1/2 tsp Lemon grass

1 tsp Ground ginger

White pepper

Himalayan salt

Slice the mushrooms and chop onions. Fry them with the pulled oats 10-15 min. Add spices.
Stuff the taco shells half way with the spinach then add the fried food and top with the oatly fraiche sauce.

* This is a dairy free sauce that you can substitute with sour creme.
