Oumph and Teriyaki
3 Carrots
1 Onion
150g of Mushrooms
300g of Broccoli (remove the stalk)
1 pack of Coriander
200g Oumph, the pure chunk (vegetarian meat) *
1 Lime
1dl Soy sauce
3 Garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. Honey
Himalayan Salt
Chop the vegetables, mushrooms and onion. Fry the wok-mix until the vegetables are nearly done. In the meantime cut the lime into 8 pieces, and chop the coriander. Press the garlic in the wok, add the Oumph, soy souce, lime, honey and a pinch of Himalayan salt, let simmer under lid for about 5min. Dish up the meal and garnish with coriander.
