Oumph and Lime Wok

1 pack Oumph (280g vegetarian meat) *

1 Lime

1 Small Pepper

1 Onion

200g Parsnip

3 Carrots

Himalayan salt

Virgin olive oil

1 1/2tsps Turmeric

3tsps Rosemary

2tsps Onion powder

Chop the vegetables. Cut the lime into eights.

Fry the carrots and parsnips with a pinch of Himalayan salt and olive oil for about 5mins, then add everything else including the lime fry approximately 10 more minutes.

* Can be substituted with soy meat or other meat substitutes.
