Granola with Berries
3dl Gluten-free Oats
2dl Gluten-free Cereal flakes
0,5dl Sunflower seeds
1dl Almond dust
0,5dl Flaxseed/Linseed
4 tbs Tahini
3tbs Honey
3tbs Maple syrup
1dl dried Berries
2 tbs Coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 175c. Mix all the dry ingredients. Drizzle on the honey, tahini and maple syrup. Mix well and place on a baking tray greased with coconut oil, cook in the oven 15-20min, mixing every now and again so it won't burn. Then add the dried berries and cook for 3min more.
Let it cool for a bit and enjoy.
Tip: This cereal tastes nice with cashew milk.
