Goat Cheese with Zoodles

1/2 log of brie goat cheese

5 cherry tomatoes

4 sun-dried tomatoes

1 small Zucchini

2 tbs Pumpkin seeds

White pepper

Virgin olive oil

Himalayan salt

Make the zoodles, slice the goat cheese and chop the tomatoes. Fry the zoodles in virgin olive oil for a few minutes. Dish up and enjoy!

Health tip: If you want to add good fibres to your meal serve with quinoa or amara (approximately 1dl as dry)
